The rapidly burgeoning NHS Confederation needed help improving internal communications and giving users a consolidated network that enabled greater efficiency, ease of use and provided a personal point of contact between staff in various locations.
Our Solution
We advised the NHS Confederation on the organisational changes digital technology inspires and requires and created an effective and innovative design to enhance user experience. We designed and implemented an attractive, friendly, easy to use intranet site, FedNet, using SharePoint, supported by other relevant applications.
Successes and Achievements
All document management has been brought together so there is immediate access to the most up-to-date information. A searchable staff directory makes it easy to identify who’s who and what their responsibilities are. Six months later, 100% of staff use the site, 97% are happy with the layout and functionality and 95% are completely satisfied with the FedNet site.
