Aviva had made strong progress in developing their intranet but felt it could work harder. They commissioned us to enhance their intranet so users valued and interacted better with it. We needed to make a fast but insightful assessment, then recommend strategic, effective and practical changes.
Our Solution
We developed an engagement framework that would inspire end users and fully exploit SharePoint functionality. We defined and assessed business requirements, audience understanding, and technical opportunities and developed a framework that acknowledged the complexity of user needs and was useful and engaging. We also helped define the range of metrics and qualitative data they could collect to inform future enhancements.
