Client Objectives
The Army uses many agencies to develop their recruitment ads, so there can be communication problems. The workflow process was not centralised, and neither project information nor digital marketing assets were accessible to everyone involved. They enlisted us to streamline their online recruitment marketing and provide a resource area for their agencies.
Our Solution
We used Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) to create a customised storage area highly bespoke advertising production workflow process using MOSS. Agencies now use the workflow system to add documents, discussions and web pages to make collaboration easier and communication better.
Successes and Achievements
Electronic assets are now centralised, and it's much easier for agency teams to find what they need. The Army was so impressed with the solution that they asked us to migrate the Army Jobs site from Microsoft Content Management Server to MOSS.
